English translation (my own):
Most Illustrious Lord, Count Palatine, my dear Cousin,
As the year is finished, and a new one is beginning, I cannot fail to congratulate Your Lovingness on your having happily passed through last year, and to pray to God at the same time that He may bless you in future with prosperity. God grant that Your Lovingness will live a great many years, for your own consolation, for those of all of yours, and for my especial joy. Written at Our castle in Stockholm, the last day of 1636. Your Lovingness's
most loving
Kristina.
