English translation (my own):

Most Illustrious Prince, my dear Cousin,
I wish you all the best in the beginning of this new year, and I let you know that my illustrious Lady Mother and I are doing very well. God grant that you are as healthy as I wish with all my heart. I will not cease, as long as I live, to mark you with my inclination, my friendship, and my benevolence. This present letter, which is the first of all those which I write to you with my own hand, and which I send to you by your son, may God let him travel here and back again well, will bear witness to it. Take care and apologise to my dear Aunt and my cousins if I fail to write to them, and greet them on my behalf. Stockholm, February 3, 1636.
Your Lovingness's
