Elline Mogensdatter Gøye (born circa 1510, died February 20, 1563 at Ringkloster) was a Danish landowner.
She was the daughter of the rich landowner, the court steward Mogens Gøye (died 1544) and Mette Bydelsbak (died 1512).
Her father's extensive estate holdings are particularly well known as a result of her having Mrs. Eline Gøye's Land Register prepared in 1552, which in addition to a list of her and the first husband's estate contains overviews of her parents' and mother-in-law Anne Mouritsdatter Gyldenstjerne's estate. The list of estate properties is thus a very important source for this period in Denmark's history.
As her father had many children, Elline's inheritance was more modest, but in addition to a large number of attachment farms, she also got her brother Albert Gøye manor Clausholm near Randers. She was in close contact with her sister Birgitte Gøye.
She was married for the first time to the sheriff Mourits Olufsen Krognos, who was the son of the councilor Oluf Stigsen Krognos to Krapperup and Bollerup and Anne Mouritsdatter Gyldenstjerne. They had the children Oluf , Mogens and Mette.
In 1558, she received a life certificate from her late husband's son Oluf and son-in-law Holger Ottesen Rosenkrantz on her deceased husband's estate Bregentved on Zealand.
On 5 February 1559 she married the sheriff Vincents Juel, son of landowner Jens Juel and Vibeke Lunge.
Her portrait is found as a relief on a headstone by Martin Bussert in Skt. Bendts Church in Ringsted.
In this letter, Elline writes that Vincens Juel will tell Birgitte about their feud with Anne Rosenkrantz. Elline reminds Birgitte that she has promised to get her a basement boy and a brewer.
