Introduction

Hello, and welcome to this blog! Here I will be showing the letters, and maybe sometimes poems too, of various women and girls from around the world and throughout history up to the 1910s or 1930s, in their original languages, spellings, and, when possible or available, with translations. Many of these ladies were queens, empresses, princesses and other royal and noble women, but there are also ordinary women and girls that you will "meet" here. Enjoy!
