In this letter, Margrete affirms the privileges for the German, Prussian and Livonian cities of the German Hanseatic League unveiled on the same day by King Erik and the Kingdom of Norway.

The letter:

Wy Margareta van godes gnaden koningh Waldemares dochter to Denemarken. bekennen vnde betughen openbare in dessem breue. dat wy das by wesen hebben dat vnse sone koningh Eryk den steden de in der dudesschen Hense nu zint, enen breff ghegeuen heft, wort van worde ludende alse hir na ghescreuen steyt. ... Vnde wy Margareta vorscreuen vmme leue vruntschop vnde ghunste willen. de wy van dessen steden vorscreuen bevunden hebben vnde ok hir namales hopen vnde van en vortan vormundende zint to bevindende. so vulborden wy stedighen vnde confirmeren alle desse vorscreuen stucke in aller mate alse vorscreuen steyt van vnser weghene. Vnde tho merer witlicheit alle dessen vorscreuen stucke so hebbe wy vnse jnghesegel vor dessen breff ghehenghet laten. Datum anno die et loco quibus supra.
